There is so much information out there, I found my first foray into health and nutrition very confusing. This is my attempt to help others figure out fact from fad. I'm also coeliac, which means all my recipes are gluten free but can easily be made with normal breads/pasta/flour if needed. As a nutritionist I can do in house consultations, meaning I come to you, super convenient.
