About Train:Lean


Train:Lean PT and Blog began in 2013 in West London, with a focus on helping clients to implement lasting lifestyle changes. Upon returning to my adopted home city of Perth, I have wound back on PT to focus on roles in health promotion and free-lance writing. Train Lean acts as a platform for all my Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness musings as well as a point of contact if you require nutrition sessions.




Train:Lean Blog focusses on healthful and coeliac friendly recipes as well as providing free information about general health and well being. As a personal trainer and a Nutritionist I believe optimal health should be free and accessible to all.

What do you get? We discuss your current lifestyle choices, do an in depth interpretation of the guidelines to healthy eating, discuss strategies and I ask you to complete a 3 day food record. A follow up session allows us to go through the record in detail and define areas of change which fit into your lifestyle
